Managers Division
As their careers develop many AMEA members progress to managerial positions. This can mean that sometimes (but not always) they will leave the security of a Collective Agreement and will need advice, support and representation with an Individual Employment Agreement. The AMEA is still around to help in the same way as it always has.
The issues and concerns remain the same-remuneration, training and development, safety and health and job security.
The most recent and fastest growing division of the AMEA is our Managers Division that started life within Air New Zealand and has now developed to our other areas of influence.
